自 2009 年 人體器官保存庫管理辦法」及 人體器官、組織及 細胞優良操作規範」頒布後，台灣移植用組織的處理或保存有 了法律的規範，其運作也漸上軌道，而其中很重要的一點是要 能追蹤組織的去向，建立唯一識別條碼及項對應的入出庫系 統，如同血品管理一樣，這不僅能滿足追溯組織物的要求，也能提升作業的效能。
Since the promulgation of the “Regulations for the Management of Human Organ Banks” and the “Good Tissue Practice Guidelines for Human Organs, Tissues, and Cells” in 2009, the processing and storage of transplantation tissues in Taiwan has become regulated by law, and related operations have gradually become more standardized. One critical aspect is the ability to trace the destination of tissues by establishing a unique identification barcode and a corresponding inventory management system, similar to blood product management. This not only meets the requirement for tissue traceability but also enhances operational efficiency.

本報告主題是簡介台北榮民總醫院心瓣膜及血管組織庫，並以心瓣膜及中大口徑心血管產品為主題，介紹血管組織的採集、運送及處理流程，近三年的使用量，並分享臨床使用經驗。

The purpose of this report is to provide an overview of the Cadiovascular Tissue Bank at Taipei Veterans General Hospital, with a focus on heart valve and medium- to large-caliber cardiovascular grafts. The report will introduce the processes of tissue procurement, transportation, and processing, present usage data from the past three years, and share relevant clinical experiences.
