羊膜異體移植物由於其天然特性,相較於其他類別之異體移植物,於臨床領域的使用範圍更廣且量能更大。 本演說以民營人體器官保存庫的角度,以「醫院進用審查」作為切入點,進而延伸討論目前保存庫所面臨的法體系缺陷、品質提升、保存庫的競合關係及患者選擇的權利。 期許能以法遵循的「一致性」為起始目標,進而促進人體異體移植物的發展及架構完善。
Due to the nature properties of Amniotic membrane allograft, the indications and using volume are much extensive compare with the other types of allografts in the clinical field. This speech is based on the perspective of private tissue bank, “hospital coding review” be the approaching point then expand the discussions of lack of regulation systems, quality upgrading, competitive relationship between tissue banks and choosing rights of patient. Hoping the “consistency” of regulation could be the starting target, thereby promoting the development and architecture perfect of allograft.
